 End cutting : With special linear guides, which can move through precise linear guides to ensure the flatness of the edge banding surface of the edge banding plate, which has achieved a good edge banding effect.

 Rough trimming :Its function is to partly mill the side bands of the upper and lower protruding parts of the board, and the purpose is to reduce the burden of the finishing knife.

 Fine Trimming :The cutter is R cutter, can trim the wood board with R angle.

 Corner rounding : Mill the 4 corners of the edge band of the board into R arc shape, which increases the corners of the board.

 Scraping : The left and right wavy knife marks on the trimmed edge band on both sides of the board are scraped off, and the R size of the knife edge is the same as that of the finishing machine.

 Buffing : The two sides of the trimmed edge band are processed photometrically, and the polishing is completed by two cloth wheels in rotation.
